Mohau Capital has been engaged to develop and implement the BBBEE strategy for a leading global management consulting firm with over €500 million in revenue.
Since January 2024, we have worked closely with the client to design a comprehensive plan aimed at achieving a Level 4 BBBEE rating by the 2024 financial year-end and progressing to Level 2 by 2025. This includes strategies for all elements of the BBBEE scorecard, as well as a detailed Equity Equivalent Investment Program (EEIP) plan.
Our engagement extends to collaborating with the client’s global leadership, including presenting to the Global CFO, EMEA Head of Finance, and Global Sustainability Team. We hold bi-weekly meetings and remain available for ongoing consultations with their management teams.
Additionally, our role includes managing the documentation required for audit verification to ensure a seamless year-end compliance process.

The client, a leading independent insurance broker in South Africa, counts Tumi as both a shareholder and a member of its Board of Directors.
